Funding directed to early education schools ensures that dedicated leaders and educators have the resources they need to guide students toward success. Access to tools that help cultivate thriving learning environments and address specific student needs advances overall learning outcomes, from early education through adulthood.

By supporting second-generation immigrants in learning their native language and maintaining cultural connections, we foster a sense of diversity and inclusion, which in turn helps them succeed in their mainstream American education.

High school educators focused on advancing literacy for pre-college youth are, every day, tending fertile ground for the ideas and skills of future leaders to take root, no matter a student’s chosen path. Students who can digest complex ideas and think critically become community members who make an impact. Programs that expand literacy education by combining community engagement with practical, structured guidance for the future provide students who are nearing adulthood with a strong foundation from which to imagine possibilities and craft a unique path forward. Backing the work of leaders who nurture future leaders is a cyclical effort that reverberates through the broader world.

Barriers to higher education include financial hurdles, but are not limited to the ability to fund a college education. Students’ ability to consider college as an option is multidimensional, and a practical approach to making degree completion not only possible but probable expands beyond scholarship to offer the best chance of success. Programs backed by research and thoughtfully organized into action systems that keep student success and well-being at the center are well positioned to utilize resources for maximum impact.

“It is our responsibility to pass on the excellent education we received to the next generation.”
